Adriana Assemany

Pastry chef/Instructor

Born and raised in Salvador, Bahia - Brazil. My cooking passion has roots in my own family traditions. I am ServSafe and nutrition certified and, since graduating in Culinary Arts in 2004, I have been working in South Florida. What differentiates my work is my background in arts as an actress and director, which brings a touch of creativity applied to the culinary world. The unique and personalized pastries that match the needs and interests of each individual customer are a result of that creativity combined with my passion for travel, cultural diversity and continuous research.
