Cheese Bread

Ingredients

2 pounds tapioca starch
3 cups milk
1 cup oil
1 tablespoon salt
4 eggs
1 pound fresh white cheese grated

Preparation

In a large bowl, mix the tapioca starch with 1 1/2 cup milk. Add 1 1/2 cup hot milk + oil + salt. Mix well. Add the eggs, one at a time. Add the cheese. Make small balls and bake at 350F on a greased baking sheet until the bottom of the breads turn golden brown.

Tips

You can freeze your raw cheese breads in a baking sheet until hard and separate portions in small bags.
